The People's Lawyer
Joshua P. Davis, Personal Injury Attorney
Joshua “Josh” P. Davis has been practicing personal injury law for over 14 years, during which he has impressively won over 80 trials. Josh Davis is passionate about serving those wronged, making a difference in their lives for the better. His dedication doesn’t end in the courtroom. Davis enjoys giving back to the greater community through his volunteer work and charitable donations.

Practicing Personal Injury Attorney Since 2006
After 7 years of practice and over 25 successful jury trials, Josh Davis started the Josh Davis Law Firm in April 2013. His practice focuses on contractual and commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, personal injury litigation, and appeals. From an early age Josh knew he wanted to be a trial lawyer. The lawyer heroes he read about and watched on T.V. showed how a jury’s verdict allows men and women to prevail over the most powerful interests in society. Over time and during his career Josh has had the opportunity to see justice done in courtrooms all across the country. These experiences have led to an even greater passion for representing individuals and small businesses in the courtroom every day.
