Your Trusted Legal Allies

Whenever you refer a client to a law firm, you want to know they will be working with attorneys who will thoroughly evaluate their case, provide creative problem-solving, and have the capacity to work the case through to a resolution. We are honored to receive attorney referrals and committed to delivering the same passionate and thorough representation we are known for. We welcome referrals and readily engage in co-counsel partnerships with attorneys and firms across the country.

Attorney Referrals

When a potential client contacts us, our first priority is figuring out how best to assist them. Despite having a dedicated team and access to local resources, there are occasions where other attorneys or law firms are better equipped to handle the case. We accept client referrals from fellow lawyers who find themselves in this situation, where factors such as location constraints, caseload capacity, or investigative resources stand in the way of providing a client with the best possible representation. Davis Law Group adheres to all guidelines outlined by the State Bar of Texas regarding fee-sharing agreements with other attorneys.

Co-Counsel Agreements

In complex legal cases, a straightforward client referral may not always be the most effective approach. When a case demands a more nuanced strategy, our firm can engage in co-counsel agreements, providing clients and attorneys with mutually beneficial solutions and more comprehensive, tailored representation. Common reasons for seeking co-counsel arrangements include access to broader investigative resources, leveraging the expertise of attorneys specializing in specific areas of practice, expanding access to expert witnesses, and opportunities for professional development through knowledge sharing. Each co-counsel agreement is unique and requires active participation from all parties to ensure a successful outcome for the client.
