Josh Davis is a personal injury lawyer and has been practicing law for over 9 years, winning over 50 trials. He’s dedicated to establishing a healthy relationship with his clients, being their number one advocate, and getting the most money possible to make a difference in their lives. The Davis Law Group was founded with the mission to help make his clients’ lives better after something bad has happened. Katie Ray is a Senior Associate at Davis Law Group. Katie graduated from the University of Houston Law Center where she served on the Board of Advocates. Katie’s practice focuses on personal injury, first party insurance, and business litigation. Katie routinely drafts federal and state pleadings, participates in alternative dispute resolutions, and appears before the court on behalf of her clients. In her short career Katie has tried over a dozen cases to Texas juries. Katie is licensed to practice in the State Texas. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas.
Jacqueline Reid graduated from the University of South Texas College of Law Houston in May 2016 and became licensed to practice in Texas in November 2016. In law school, Jacqueline participated in Mock Trial Intramural Competition. She also assisted low income clients in her Family Law Clinic and Domestic Violence Clinic. Prior to law school, Jacqueline attended St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, where she earned her bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. In her free time, Jacqueline loves exploring the outdoors, traveling to new places and spending time with her family and friends.
Kelly began her legal career in 1983 and has over 30 years of civil litigation experience. While the majority of her career has been as a legal assistant in medical malpractice and personal injury, Kelly is also the Davis Law Group’s office administrator and bookkeeper. On the weekends Kelly volunteers her time as a member of the Charity Guild of Catholic Women. Kelly loves to dance, sing, read and spend time with family and friends in her free time.
Dori began her legal assistant career in 1987 and has over 25 years of experience. She initially worked for civil litigation defense firms, but switched to plaintiff’s work over 10 years ago and has not looked back! Aside from the legal field, Dori founded a Christian ministry in 2006. When she is not in the office Dori enjoys exercise, reading, and traveling with her husband. Dori also speaks to organizations and churches about a book she authored, A Love Greater than Death.
Maria joined Davis Law Group in September of 2015. She has 11 years experience as a Paralegal with a concentration in Plaintiffs work. Maria obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, summa cum laude, from University of Houston-Downtown and her Paralegal Certificate from Southwestern Professional Institute. She is an active member of Houston Paralegal Association and the State Bar of Texas-Paralegal Division. Maria is passionate about her work and assisting her attorneys obtain justice for their clients. In her spare time Maria plays soccer, a sport that is enjoyed by the rest of her family.
Juan joined Davis Law Group in April 2016. He holds a BA in political science and a minor in economics from the University of Puerto Rico. The legal field has always been his true passion and what he really loves to do. His biggest and most important challenge every day is to maintain the trust from the people he considers the most important in his life, including his clients. In his spare time, Juan enjoys running, baseball, sailing, reading, bowling, and music.
Kelly Santos started working at Davis Law Group in June 2013. She recently graduated from University of Houston Clear Lake with a bachelor’s degree in Literature. Kelly is one of the first people the Davis Law Group’s clients will speak with about their case. You will notice that she is kind and considerate in discussing your matter, and focusing on the information that is most important for your case evaluation. In her spare time she enjoys writing, reading, and taking Maverick, her beloved dog, for walks.
Gilberto Flores is a 3L at the University of Houston Law Center. At the Law Center, Gilberto served on the The Advocates Associate Board from 2016-2017 and helped organize the annual Blakely-Butler moot court competition. Gilberto currently serves as treasurer for the Hispanic Law Students Association and as a member of the Interscholastic Alternative Dispute Resolution competition team. In his free time, Gilberto enjoys surfing, boxing, music, dancing, spending time with his family and friends, and visiting his parents’ small ranch in Dayton, Texas.
